Food

Dental issues

Bad breath can be caused by dental issues such as gum disease or cavities. Crowded teeth or dental appliances that don’t fit correctly can also cause bad breath. See your dentist to for a full checkup to make sure you don’t have any cavities and to rule out any oral care issues you may have.

Bacteria

Without proper brushing, flossing and regular visits to the dentist, bacteria is not being removed correctly from your mouth regularly. The build-up of this sticky bacteria can lead to bad breath.
